An experienced football coach and proud holder of a UEFA A coaching license. He has participated in numerous internships, coaching conferences, and training camps across Europe and Asia. He is also the founder of Junior Football Hub (www.jfhub.pl), an initiative dedicated to supporting the most talented children, youth, and young adults in African countries while also providing assistance to local communities.

His professional goal is to create optimal training conditions that allow all children and young athletes to fully develop their sporting potential.

Michael Bender is an Ex professional footballer and has been a coach for over 25 years. He has coached in South Africa, Spain, & Portugal.  Michael was part of the FIFA 2010 World Cup LOC and the FIFA WC Beach Soccer in SA.

He has held the position of Chairman at RAFC, Technical Director and Head of Coaching for RCLFA. He is currently the CEO of Ibercup International youth football tournaments SA and RCD Espanyol de Barcelona Academy Johannesburg.

A coach with extensive experience in women’s football. Holding a UEFA B coaching license, Adrian gained his first coaching experience at Polonia Kraków, working with children aged 2 to 9. Since 2023, he has been associated with the Wisła Kraków Academy, where he continues to work. Currently, he is the head coach of the U-13 team in the Wisła Kraków WOMEN section.

Coach Adrian has experience working with children, youth, and adults in various fields (football, dance, judo), which allows him to view football from a broader perspective.  In his work, he focuses particularly on technique, building self-confidence, kindness, mutual respect, team atmosphere, and an individualized approach to players.In the training process, he follows the motto: “The only one who makes no mistakes is the one who does not try”

Dawid Ślusarczyk is a graduate of the Academy of Physical Education in Kraków and holds a UEFA A coaching license. Since 2019, he has been actively working as a coach, gaining experience with various age categories—from younger teams such as U11 and U12 to squads competing in the Central Junior League.

Since 2022, he has been directly involved with the Wisła Kraków Academy, where he spent one and a half seasons as an assistant coach for the U15 team. During this time, he gained valuable experience working with a highly competitive squad, supporting player development in both technical and tactical aspects. He later took on the role of head coach for the U14 team and is currently leading the 2010-born squad competing in the Central Junior League U15.
